Court Visit

The students of Minhaj National English School had an enlightening educational trip to the Bhiwandi Court. The visit was organized to help students understand the judicial system of India and to give them practical exposure to how courts function in real life.

On arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by court officials, who guided them through different sections of the court premises. They were introduced to the roles and responsibilities of judges, lawyers, clerks, and other staff members, which gave them a clear idea of how justice is delivered.

The students had the unique opportunity to sit inside a courtroom and observe live proceedings. They listened attentively as cases were presented and arguments were made by lawyers before the judge. This real-life experience helped them understand the importance of law, discipline, and order in society.

Court officials also explained various aspects of the legal system — such as the difference between civil and criminal cases, the procedure of filing a case, and the importance of evidence and witnesses. The interaction helped students connect their theoretical knowledge from textbooks with actual legal practices.

The visit concluded with an interactive session, where students asked questions about the judiciary, fundamental rights, and the role of law in protecting citizens. The officials patiently answered and encouraged them to be responsible citizens who respect and follow the law.

The trip to Bhiwandi Court was truly educational and inspiring. It not only broadened the students’ understanding of the judicial system but also motivated them to become law-abiding and socially responsible individuals.
