On 15th August, Minhaj National English School proudly celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The school campus was beautifully decorated with tricolor flags, balloons, and banners, creating an atmosphere of joy and pride.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Chief Guest – an Army Officer, followed by the singing of the National Anthem in unison. The presence of the Army Officer filled the occasion with inspiration, as he represented the courage, discipline, and sacrifice of our armed forces.
In his motivating speech, the officer reminded students of the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and soldiers for the nation’s independence and security. He encouraged everyone to uphold the values of unity, integrity, and responsibility as proud citizens of India.
The students presented a vibrant cultural program that included patriotic songs, dances, poems, and skits, showcasing India’s rich heritage and the spirit of freedom. Their performances filled the audience with pride and love for the country.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, distribution of sweets, and cheers of “Jai Hind!” echoing through the campus. The celebration not only honored India’s glorious past but also inspired students to contribute towards a brighter and stronger future for the nation.
